Using multi-layer rotary-sliced birch veneer, it is formed by hot pressing with formaldehyde-free eco-friendly white latex. The surface is covered with oak veneer. After going through mechanical automatic multi-processes and 5 rounds of polishing, it is then painted.The backrest inner panel is also made of multi-layer rotary-cut birch veneer and non-toxic, eco-friendly white latex, which is thermally pressed to form an arc shape.
The seat cushions are made by using cold-bonded expanded polyurethane (PU) foam, combined with fire-resistant materials, and are molded into shape in one step through a mold.The outer panel of the seat is made of multi-layer rotary-sanded birch veneer with a thickness of 15 ± 1 mm. The surface is covered with oak veneer, and the finish is a painted surface with multiple color options. The outer panel is scientifically designed and optimally arranged with sound-absorbing holes, which can more effectively absorb sound reflections. The outer shape is arc-shaped, ensuring a good sound absorption effect for the seat.
Seat hook/seat bag frame: It adopts an enhanced connection structure. There are reserved holes between the two back corner pieces, which enables it to be suitable for installation in various venues.
Armrest surface: Made of imported oak, it is finely processed and coated with environmentally friendly polyurethane paint. It adopts the five-bottom and three-side finishing technique. The dimensions are 340mm in length, 60mm in width, and 40mm in height. It is elegant and beautiful, with a paint surface available in various colors for selection.
Fabric: Made of special cotton fabric designed for public seating, it has been treated with fireproof, oil-resistant and stain-resistant features.
