The single point hoist stage is an equipment installed above the performance venue, which uses a single suspension point to lift object. It is composed of dual brake motors, reducers, drums, self aligning rope swing arm devices, output universal corner wheels, disorderly rope detection, limit positions, and other parts. The motor is driven by a reducer to rotate the drum, which in turn winds and unwinds the steel wire rope. The vertical movement is achieved through the pulleys at the suspension points. The encoder provides real-time position feedback, and the PLC controls the speed and positioning. Multiple units can operate synchronously / grouped / programmed.
